As the Senior Executive Director of The Mariner, I look forward to building lifelong relationships with its residents, families, and associates. Living in Gloucester, I've come to realize the importance of being part of a tight-knit seacoast community. I’ve been in senior living for over 7 years; I stumbled across this career while caring for my mother-in-law who had vascular dementia and needed a memory care community. It was then that I realized this would be my next career for years to come. It’s the most satisfying role I have ever experienced. I enjoy getting to know my residents and families, and ensuring they get the quality of life they have worked so hard for. The rewards are endless, and boundaries are limitless.
