  1. What first made you interested in working in Senior Living?
    My respect and admiration for seniors.
  2. How long have you been working in Senior Living and what was your first job in this field?
    I have been working in senior living for 7 years and I wasn’t always a Business Office Director, earlier in my career I was a Program Director.
  3. What is your favorite part about working in Senior Living?
    How every day I learn, think, laugh and appreciate life because of the residents.
  4. What is one thing you wish everyone knew about being a Business Office Director?
    That our doors are always open to employees, residents and families everyday, all day for anything they may need.
  5. What is one piece of advice you would share with someone thinking of starting a career in Senior Living?
    It is one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had even on the more difficult days there is always someone or something that makes me smile.
  6. What keeps you invested in the field of Senior Living?
    I truly love what I do.
  7. What is your favorite part of your job?
    No question about it, it’s the residents.
  8. What is the best part about working at The Mariner?
    There is never a dull moment, never a day I don’t laugh out loud and over all it is such a warm and loving environment. It sounds crazy but it feels like home and where I belong.
