The founders, Jim Coughlin and Wendy Nowokunski are native to the area and after over 30 years of experience in senior living, were inspired to create a company focused on serving seniors and their families with respect, compassion and integrity. Core to the success of Northbridge is its people. It starts with a passion for caring for seniors and a desire to always do the right thing. Each caregiver is extensively trained through Northbridge’s Learning for Life program, which combines in-person training, online classes, group learning sessions and peer mentors.
