1. What first made you interested in working in Senior Living?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   I’ve been working with seniors since I was a teenager, my parents owned a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and respiratory healthcare company. When it came time for my parents to need assisted living, I found that I might like working with families to help and guide them through a difficult time.
2. How long have you been working in Senior Living and what was your first job in this field?
   I’ve been in this industry for 8 years and wanted to work for Northbridge Companies from day one.
3. What is your favorite part about working in Senior Living?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Helping families navigate the importance of good care.
4. What is one thing you wish everyone new about being a Sales Director?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     That it’s very rewarding to have families trust you with their loved ones.
5. What is one piece of advice you would share with someone thinking of starting a career in Senior Living?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Find the right community. It truly makes all the difference in your happiness.
6. What keeps you invested in the field?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       My team and my Northbridge family.
7. What is your favorite part about your job?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Truly feeling that it’s my home, my family, and I’m proud of what I do.
