How long have you been working in senior living and what first made you interested in the field?
I have been working in senior living for 9 years now. I was referred by a friend, David Tucci, Maintenance Director at Stroudwater Lodge, introduced me to Northbridge
What is your favorite part about working in senior living?
I enjoy knowing that my work has a direct impact on someone’s life. Even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s day.
What is one thing you wish everyone new about being a Maintenance Director?
The best maintenance work is the work nobody notices.
What is one piece of advice you would share with someone thinking of starting a career in senior living?
Be patient and adaptable, every day is different.

What is your favorite way to help a new family during the move in process?
Meeting the family and getting to know the new resident, also setting up the apartment to best fit their needs.
