Seeing a resident move in to Stone Hill and helping them feel as comfortable as possible with their new transition. - What would you say to someone who is thinking of starting a job at Northbridge?

I honestly fee like I am coming to my 2nd home. I never feel like I am coming to work. You are accepted for who you are and always pushed to grow! - 5.What have you learned in your new job since being promoted?
That time management and listening is very important.
I started at Stone Hill as a server when they first opened in May of 2019 and was promoted to Dining Room Manager in November of 2019. I left in May of 2021 for 9 months and came back to Northbridge in February of 2022. I loved my job serving and getting to see the residents laughing and talking in the dining room was what it was all about to me. I needed something different and went into insurance for a little bit, but ultimately Northbridge was the place for me. It truly felt like my 2nd home and I missed the residents a lot. When I was presented with a new opportunity I jumped because I can truly be myself here and am always challenged to learn more and excel in ways that I never saw myself doing. Northbridge is truly where I belong!
