I’ve learned a higher level of multitasking to maintain a healthy work/life balance. - What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Building relationships with the residents and their families! Even though I do the financials, I still feel like I am part of making a difference. - What would you say to someone who is thinking of starting a job at Northbridge?

I’ve learned how to be more efficient. I’ve also had the opportunity to help receptionists grow by teaching them new responsibilities. I’ve enjoyed working with the campus and gaining more experience!
