Northbridge Recipe – Chef Chris’s Steak

Autumn Glen Culinary Director, Chris Flagg, shares his juicy steak + marinade recipe! We hope you try this recipe for yourself and enjoy just as much as we do.
Steak Marinade – recipe covers 6 pieces of flank steak
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups olive oil
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup dried basil
- 4 tbsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp dried parsley
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp franks red hot sauce
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in blender and mix until thoroughly combined. (I usually marinate 2 days in advance to get meat nice and tender.)
- After grilling let rest for 15 minutes or so, then slice to order
Enjoy the delicious sliced steak – it should melt in your mouth
