Northbridge Recipe – Chef Turner’s Orange Glazed Salmon

The Landing at Cape Elizabeth’s Culinary Director, Turner Rust, shares his most beloved Orange Glazed Salmon recipe. We hope you try this recipe for yourself and enjoy the strong and bold flavors that it creates.
Ingredients:
- 5 oz Maine salmon fillet, skin removed
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
- Bake fish at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes
- Combine glaze ingredients and mix
- Pour glaze over fish and bake for 2 more minutes
- Serve with rice and vegetables, garnish with sliced scallions
