At this time, we anticipate that demolition will begin on Wednesday, October 14. As the contractor mobilizes and demolition activities commence, we expect deliveries of additional equipment to support the demolition work. During the three weeks following mobilization, regular dumpster exports are expected to occur as demolition debris is removed and processed.
10/02/2026
The demolition permit has been issued. Contractors will be mobilizing on Monday 10/5, focusing on establishing erosion controls, tree protection measures, and site logistics to facilitate the demolition of the existing structures.
9/23/2026
The project team intends to commence invasive species removal, install erosion control measures and construction fencing around the perimeter of the property in the upcoming weeks. Demolition of existing structures will follow in the coming weeks. Further notice will be provided prior to that work commencing.
